Warranty

Our products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six months from when you receive your product.

To make a warranty claim, or if your product arrived damaged please write us at hello@radtrail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to take care of the issue. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 7 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition in the original packaging and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Please make sure to include your order number in your shipment. Any items being returned outside of this 7 day window are subject to $30 restocking fee. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Rad Trail. When returning items please provide tracking number of return shipment to hello@radtrail.com. International customers in addition to being responsible for the return shipping cost are also responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes on returned items.

 All marked-down and sale items are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS), and Local Post (available for Canada, United Kingdom, Western Europe, and Australia only). Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options.Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

Pricing & Privacy

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long time. We will absolutely never sell or share your information with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by Rad Trail between you the buyer and Rad Trail. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
